The Colombia Collective works directly with artisan communities across Colombia to create beautiful and unique collections of homeware and accessories. We are a young, fun, fast paced and ambitious company working with real people in real time. With an increase in sales of over 600% in 2019-2020, we are constantly growing, adapting and overcoming new challenges on a daily basis.

What We’re Looking For
Initial flexible 20 hrs/week
From £16k per annum (£30k pro rata) salary depending on experience
We are looking for someone to be the glue that holds us all together! Someone who can help us 'get things done'.
The first point of contact for our customers and an all round executive assistant to support the founder and the rest of the team with day to day tasks and organization for both The Colombia Collective & beyond.
Will work closely with both our founder and our logistics team in Bogota and the UK to help coordinate shipments, answer day to day customer and trade enquiries, track customer shipments, negotiate partnership agreements, manage payments and accounts, event organisation and general day to day support.
Must be a great communicator, highly organised, proactive, create long lasting relationships with clients and be able to multitask efficiently.
Ideally based in the UK with the ability to work both independently and with a wonderful team based largely remotely.

Roles & Responsibilities
Daily management of customer enquiries
Resolve shipping/customs issues of deliveries
Manage trade accounts and orders
Oversee partnership negotiations and agreements
Work with warehouse in Colombia to coordinate shipments
Manage payments and accounts
Monthly spending review
Support event planning and organization (pop ups, photoshoots, launch parties etc)
Manage founder's personal email accounts
Assist and support founder in day to day organisation and tasks

Required Skills
Experience in similar assistant and/or customer service role
Use of Xero, Shopify, Instagram, Google Forms, Google Sheets
Efficient and thorough email management
Excellent time management and organization skills
