REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us within 30 days for a full refund. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging and still have any tags attached to be accepted.
To return your item please follow these steps:
1. Repackage your products
2. Email us with your intent to return your purchase at
3. We will email you back to approve the request and provide the return address
4. Drop your parcel at the nearest post office or with your chosen courier
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns can take up to 7 working days to process. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unfortunately as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returns and shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Standard international shipping is calculated at checkout according to volume.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
DUTIES, TAXES & CARRIER FEES
Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are determined by the customs agency and postal carrier within the destination country.
Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of these fees will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, it is exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of them is the responsibility of the recipient, and they will be collected at the time of delivery.
