REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please notify us within 21 calendar days if you would like to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Standard shipping within the UK £5.99 / FREE for orders over £100
Standard international shipping is calculated at checkout according to volume.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
DUTIES, TAXES & CARRIER FEES
Duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are determined by the customs agency and postal carrier within the destination country.
Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of these fees will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, it is exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of them is the responsibility of the recipient, and they will be collected at the time of delivery.
