In most cases we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address for an order once it has been placed. If you CONTACT us straight away however, we may be able to update the address prior to dispatch.

Do you offer bespoke orders?

We can certainly discuss creating a bespoke order for you with our team of artisans, however please note that any bespoke orders would require a minimum order value of £1500. If you are interested, please contact us at with your request.

How do you price your items?

By designing our own collections, working directly with the artisans and selling exclusively online, we eliminate typical industry markups. Given the time and materials that go into crafting our pieces, we provide the best prices possible to make sure our artisans are paid fairly and we are able to cover our operating costs. 

Are the artisans paid fairly?

When we first started, we set out to build a company that celebrates the people behind our products and creates opportunities for artisan entrepreneurs across Colombia. We are 100% transparent with our artisans, often working together to determine the costs of the products based on the skill level and time it takes to produce, allowing for a competitive price to the consumer whilst also providing the best possible price for the artisan. We ensure fair trade standards are always met whilst also covering the cost of materials in advance so that the artisans don’t have to take out loans to complete the order. 

How do you find your artisan partners?

We look for artisan partners who are the best at what they do. This takes a lot of research, travel, and often a process of trial and error. Many of our greatest relationships have been built through the most unexpected circumstances. There isn’t a particular formula for finding great people – we simply look for people who are keen and passionate about their craft.
